Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the ku6 platform — they form a binding agreement between you and us.

Important Notice: This document forms a legally binding agreement between ku6 ("Platform", "we", "our") and the user ("you", "your"). By accessing or using the ku6 platform, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms and conditions.

1. General Rules

ku6 is an online casino and sports betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions apply to all services, games, promotions, and transactions on ku6.

These terms and conditions apply to the ku6 website, mobile version, and any applications launched in the future. Every time you use this platform, you confirm that you accept these terms.

1.1 Definitions

  • User: Any person who has registered on the ku6 platform or is using its services.
  • Account: A user's personal registered profile on the ku6 platform.
  • Balance: The actual amount of money held in a user's account.
  • Bonus Balance: An amount received under a promotional offer that cannot be withdrawn until specific conditions are met.
  • Wager or Bet: The amount staked to participate in any game or event.

Words such as "including", "such as", or "for example" used in these terms and conditions do not indicate a limited list. This document, written in Bengali, shall be considered the authoritative version among all language versions.

2. Account Registration

To participate on the ku6 platform, you must open a personal account. During the registration process, you are required to provide the following information accurately.

2.1 Registration Requirements

  • All information you provide must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
  • Only one account per person is permitted — creating multiple accounts for the same individual is strictly prohibited.
  • Your username and password must be kept completely confidential and must not be shared with any third party.
  • You must immediately notify ku6 support of any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account.
  • If any information provided at registration changes, update your profile as soon as possible.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

The ku6 platform reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time in the interest of security and fraud prevention. As part of this process, you may be asked to provide a national identity card, passport, or other documents. Failure to complete identity verification or providing incomplete documents may result in restricted account activity.

Please note: You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account. Allowing a third party to use your account will be considered a violation of these terms.

3. Eligibility and Age Requirement

The following eligibility conditions must be met to participate on the ku6 platform. If these conditions are not met, creating an account or using the service is strictly prohibited.

3.1 Age and Legal Eligibility

  • Users must be at least 21 years of age to participate on the ku6 platform.
  • This platform is strictly prohibited for minors. Registration by anyone under the age of 21 will be considered a legal violation.
  • By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age.
  • If false age information is provided, the account will be immediately terminated and the associated balance may be forfeited.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The ku6 platform is operated for users in Bangladesh. Users are responsible for complying with their own local laws. If online gaming is prohibited in a specific region, the platform must not be used from that location.

For ages 21 and above: This platform is only for those aged 21 or older. We use age verification methods to prevent access by minors.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All rules relating to financial transactions on the ku6 platform are described in this section. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.1 Deposit Rules

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
  • Accepted deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
  • Using the correct reference number when making a deposit is mandatory. ku6 will not be responsible for delayed transactions caused by incorrect information.
  • Depositing in a third party's name is strictly prohibited — use only a payment method registered in your own name.
  • Unusual or suspicious transactions may be temporarily held for review.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
  • Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
  • Account KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
  • The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used.
  • Applicable wagering requirements must be fulfilled before withdrawing from a bonus balance.
  • ku6 reserves the right to deduct taxes, duties, or any other government-imposed charges.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

ku6 complies with anti-money laundering policies. Any suspicious transaction may be subject to review. Users may only deposit funds obtained from legitimate sources.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

ku6 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. These offers are subject to specific conditions and may be changed or cancelled at any time.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

  • New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
  • The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x (meaning the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times).
  • Each user is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
  • The wagering requirement must be fulfilled within a set period from the time the bonus is claimed.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus has its own wagering requirement, validity period, and list of applicable games.
  • Restrictions may apply to certain games when playing with bonus funds.
  • Multiple bonuses cannot be active on one account at the same time, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
  • ku6 reserves the right to decline a bonus in specific cases.

5.3 VIP Program

ku6's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier:

  • Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
  • Silver: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
  • Gold: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Progression through VIP tiers is determined based on a user's regular activity and participation. ku6 reserves the right to change VIP terms.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ku6 platform. Violation of these prohibitions may result in account termination as well as legal action.

6.1 Fraud and Cheating

  • Using any kind of fraudulent activity, software, or tools.
  • Attempting to influence the outcome of a game.
  • Providing false or forged documents.
  • Attempting to hack or access another user's account.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

  • Using multiple accounts to collect bonuses without meeting the bonus conditions.
  • Attempting to obtain risk-free bonuses through bonus arbitrage or any other method.
  • Exploiting the bonus system collectively or in an organised manner.

6.3 Other Prohibited Activities

  • Misconduct or harassment of other users on the platform.
  • Using ku6's intellectual property without permission.
  • Using the platform for commercial purposes.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity.

7. Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all gaming activities conducted on the ku6 platform.

7.1 Game Rules

  • Each game has its own rules, which can be found in the game interface.
  • Users are responsible for reading the relevant game rules thoroughly before participating in any game.
  • If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical error, the staked amount will be refunded where applicable.
  • Using multiple windows or tabs in the same game is prohibited.

7.2 Sports Betting

  • The outcome of sports events will be determined based on the announcement of the relevant governing authority.
  • If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable policy.
  • ku6 reserves the right to void a bet if an unusual betting pattern is detected.

7.3 Live Casino

Live casino games are broadcast in real time. The live dealer's decision is final, and if disputed, a decision will be made after reviewing CCTV footage. ku6 will not be held responsible for game disconnections caused by network issues.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

ku6 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate a user's account in the following circumstances.

8.1 Reasons for Account Suspension

  • Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
  • Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
  • Suspicious financial activity or indications of money laundering.
  • No activity on the account for an extended period of time.
  • As a temporary protective measure for security reasons.

8.2 Consequences of Account Termination

  • In case of termination due to a breach of terms, the balance may be forfeited.
  • If ku6 determines that no wrongdoing has occurred, any valid balance will be returned.
  • A user whose account has been terminated may not create a new account.

8.3 Closing Your Account Yourself

Users may request to close their account at any time via live chat. It is recommended to complete all applicable withdrawals before closing the account.

9. Limitations of Liability

ku6 will not be obligated to provide compensation or bear responsibility in the following situations.

9.1 Technical Issues

  • Any loss caused by internet disconnection or server downtime.
  • Failure of third-party software or payment gateways.
  • A game being interrupted mid-session due to the user's device or network issues.

9.2 Financial Losses

Participating in gaming involves financial risk. ku6 is not responsible for any financial losses arising from gaming. Users themselves bear the responsibility of playing within their own financial limits.

9.3 Third-Party Services

ku6 is not directly liable for the content or technical errors of games provided by third-party game providers on the ku6 platform (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, etc.).

Important: ku6 will not be obligated to provide compensation beyond the maximum amount permitted by applicable law. This limitation applies to all types of losses, including direct, indirect, incidental, and consequential losses.

10.1 Data Protection

11. Changes and Amendments

ku6 reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. The following procedure will be followed when changes are made.

  • Updated terms and conditions will take effect from the date of publication.
  • Continued use of the platform after notification will be considered acceptance of the new terms and conditions.

11.2 Applicable Law

The Bengali-language text shall be considered authoritative for the interpretation of these terms and conditions. Both parties will endeavour to resolve any disputes through mutual discussion.
